I am a BACP-registered psychodynamic therapist working with adults. I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling from Birkbeck University of London. I am currently undertaking further training at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, alongside additional training courses with a focus on trauma.
Alongside my general practice, I have worked in long-term therapeutic settings across a range of organisations, supporting people with anxiety, depression, low mood, complex family dynamics, eating disorders and difficulties with self-esteem. I also have experience working with trauma, including C-PTSD. Over the past four years, my work has included a focus on supporting people living with suicidal ideation. This experience has shaped a steady and thoughtful approach to therapy, with attention to safety and containment.
I offer therapy in English, Latvian and Russian.
