We will arrange a short, informal phone call (usually around 10–15 minutes). This gives us a chance to briefly talk about what brought you to therapy, answer any initial questions, and see whether booking an initial session feels right for you.
Our initial session is an opportunity for us to meet, explore your needs in more depth, and get a sense of our work together. There is no obligation to continue unless it feels suitable for you. If we choose to proceed, we will agree on a regular day and time for ongoing sessions.
